Joseph Ensley

Founder & CEO

Joseph is an 11-year Air Force Veteran who spent his career in demanding, high-intensity, detail-focused specialties such as Nuclear Weapons Security, Law Enforcement/First Responder, and Airborne Military Intelligence.

After the Air Force, Joseph started his accounting career at a Top-20 CPA firm on the Government Contracting (GOVCON) team. The GOVCON team designs, implements, and maintains accounting systems for Federal Government Contractors who are frequently audited by Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) auditors.

Joseph now uses the skills learned from a top-tier CPA firm and the Air Force to provide top-tier accounting services and consulting to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and families. His goal is to Organize, Optimize & Automate your accounting systems; thus, allowing you to create a solid financial foundation upon which your business and family can sustainably grow.
